At Cub & Kin Co., we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping so you can receive your little one's essentials as soon as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:

3. Shipping Destinations

• We currently ship only to United States.
  

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier’s website. If you do not receive tracking details, please check your spam folder or contact us at cubandkinllc@gmail.com.

5. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

• Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed delivery, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please check with your local post office or delivery service.
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of arrival with photos, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

7. Changes & Cancellations

• If you need to update your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make changes.
